The service is now back online. We're monitoring the status of the service to ensure that everything is behaving as expected. Your monitoring will be in sync when the back log of events will be consumed. Due to the abnormal period of maintenance, it is possible that oldest backup/replication events might be missing from your Backup Environment logs.

The impacts should mainly focus on: - The updates of backup policies: they will be taken into consideration and put in action when the service will be back to normal: you are free to set up your backup policies. - Backups: the planned backups that might overlap the maintenance period will begin when the environment will be back to normal. However, if specific constraints related to the backup timeslot (e.g.: backups are to be run between 10 AM and 2 PM) have been set during the maintenance period, the backup will not be effective and will be postponed to the next day. - Restore: the restorable backups will NOT be available from the restore page, since the page will be off during the maintenance. In case of emergency, you can contact our technical team. They will be able to provide more info about the maintenance state and also help you find a solution if there should be any problem. - As for new agents deployments, deletions and environments switches: you can do all the actions you want, but they will only be effective when the service is back to normal.

We will carry out a general maintenance operation on Backup Cloud Europe environments to unlock new features. We will have to shutdown the service for 12 hours [worst case]. You will be able to follow the impacts of this update, in real time, directly from this page.
